The first two interview rounds went really well, it felt good with different interviewers each time. Then in the 3rd round, I had to present a detailed data analysis report. But honestly, the American manager seemed to have already decided within the first 30 seconds, maybe because of how I looked or where I'm from. She wasn't paying attention or making eye contact, maybe she was thinking about something else. So, the result was what I expected. It really shows how outside factors can impact interview decisions.

Presentation Behavioral

The interview experience was enjoyable, but the HR representative unfortunately mishandled the final stage for me. I was informed that this final round would focus on a presentation, when in reality, it was entirely behavioral. It's crucial to clarify the specific content of each interview segment beforehand. I had anticipated a 45-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute Q&A, but the timing was reversed, which caught me off guard. Additionally, there was a lack of communication regarding the outcome; after following up five times over six weeks, I finally received a rejection, though I appreciated the closure.
