Behavioral Case Presentation

There were two rounds. The first was a quick chat with the recruiting lead about my experience and interest. The second round was a case study where I had to create a deck for a business pitch on Zoom.

The interview process was efficient. Kenway was great about following up quickly after both of my in-person interviews. First in-person interview included a 30 minute case variation + a 30 minute interview going over resume/experience and then a second quick behavioral interview. Final interview was great—they took me to lunch and then I had an hour-long panel interview with two consultants... mix of “what would you do in x situation” and behavioral/experience. Overall, great people and process. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed the people I was able to speak with... just an amazing, grounded firm.

Behavioral Technical

It started with a regular HR screening, then I had an in-person interview. The interview itself was a bit strange; one of the leaders saw me and seemed to switch out one of the interviewers. The new person drilled down into very specific background details that didn't seem relevant to the job. They asked about personal favors and ethical situations I'd dealt with. They also asked surprisingly detailed questions about my Microsoft Office skills from way back in college, which felt a bit nitpicky. It felt like they were trying to catch me off guard with questions I couldn't have prepared for and scrutinize my resume.

  • Can you describe an instance where you faced an ethical quandary?
