Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kenneth Cole.
Sales Associate
Really enjoyed the interview and got a lot of great work experience. The people there are amazing, and I'm learning a lot on the job! The training is also great. It was a valuable experience overall and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to work at a great company. I'm still developing my skills on the job and improving!
- Can you tell me about your great interview and work experience?
Sales Associate
I applied in person and was called in for a group interview. The location seemed unprofessional, like they were doing us a favor by interviewing us. One candidate had prior experience, so the assistant manager quickly shifted focus to them.
- What strengths do you possess?
- Can you share a personal weakness?
Sales Associate
It was a really short and sweet interview process. I applied at the mall and we left the store and sat at Pinkberry for the interview. Dress professionally but fashionable. For example: Heels, a blazer, and black dress pants. Hair, nails, and eyebrows need to be groomed. Wear natural makeup or a clean red lip. The interview was short and easy. Smile and have personality but be professional. Speak intelligently.
- What action would you take if a customer bought two right shoes in one box?
- How do you find your fashion inspiration?
- Describe your personal fashion style.
