The interview was pretty chill and felt natural. It basically started with me introducing myself and talking about my resume, then we got into the details about what the job involves and how it works. The team supervisor ran the interview.

Really enjoyed the interview and got a lot of great work experience. The people there are amazing, and I'm learning a lot on the job! The training is also great. It was a valuable experience overall and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to work at a great company. I'm still developing my skills on the job and improving!

I talked to HR and they said the copy test would only take about 30 minutes. Then they sent me a huge document with enough tasks to fill a whole weekend. I said no thanks. It's a bad sign when a company asks for so much unpaid work from applicants, especially when a quarter of it would be enough to show what you can do. I guess they don't mind missing out on people who can get jobs elsewhere and don't have to do such crazy requests. This isn't because I have a problem with copy tests. I've done plenty and even got hired by more famous brands, but I've never seen a test this long. Who knows why the HR person said it would only take half an hour.

I applied for the job on LinkedIn and heard back within 3 days via email requesting my resume. They set up an interview for 2 days later. The interview went well; I met with the recruiter, the department manager, and the VP. They inquired about my experience and salary expectations. The following day, the recruiter informed me that the team was impressed and that she would be in touch the next week once the final candidate selection was complete. The following week, the recruiter called with an offer, detailing benefits and other aspects, which I accepted.
