It was a really weird process. It began with a quick phone screening, and then about six weeks later, I had a group phone interview with all the finance managers. They told me I'd hear back in the next few weeks or months about what's next, but it's been over five months since I last heard from them. It seems very disorganized, and if this is how their company structure/culture is, I would avoid it.
