Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at KellyOCG.
Recruiter
The team was really nice and made me feel comfortable right away. They asked some good questions that let me talk about what I've done and what I'm good at. It seemed like they really care about working together and trying new things. All in all, it was a good time, and I'm excited about the chance to join such a cool team!
- Tell me about your experience and background. Why are you interested in this role and our company?
Recruiter Coordinator
I had a first video call with the recruiter. Then there were 2 more interview rounds, one with a team member and the final one with the manager. Everything was virtual. The manager seemed unfriendly and unimpressed with my answers. The interview process started in November, and I'm still waiting for feedback. I've emailed both the recruiter and the proxy, but haven't heard back.
- Could you tell me about your background?
- What are your professional targets?
- How do you approach prioritizing your work?
Senior Recruiter
Applied for a job online and got a reply asking about my availability. I had some questions about contract length and pay that I emailed the contact about. I never got a response even after following up multiple times. I was disappointed by the lack of engagement.
