I was contacted by an internal recruiter. After an initial screening call, they invited me to their downtown office. I met with a manager who asked about my background, shortcomings, and motivation for recruitment. I got an offer before finishing the process, but it was a good experience up to that point.

I had an initial phone chat with the recruiter about the job, then a 40-minute personality assessment. After that, I had a Zoom interview with the Sr. Managing Director, followed by an in-person interview with the same director at their office. The whole process took 3 weeks. I only got a generic email saying I wasn't moving forward, which was disappointing because I felt I got to know some of the staff and then was treated like a number.

So after I applied, the process was super long. First, there was this online assessment that took forever, like over two hours. Then, a phone screening, followed by an initial interview, and then a secondary interview. After that, they told me I didn't get it, so I don't know what else they would have done.

My interviews all were conducted with the Fortune 100 company KM provides services to. Ultimately I am a consultant to the Fortune 100 company but work as an employee of KM. Fortune 100 company interview process largely dictates the interview process, and varies from company to company. KM has there own requirements, so there is some duplication if the KM Client, in this case a Fortune 100 company, has similar interview requirements. In the end, the KM group made this process as seamless as possible.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The Fortune 100 company I interviewed with (client of KM) asked if I was aware I'd be working as a contractor/consultant to them and not employed directly by the Fortune 100 company.
