This was a really long and time-wasting experience. I applied for this position multiple times over several months because my test scores were lost, the position filled up, or the website had issues. When I finally got an interview scheduled, it was rescheduled three more times. After finally getting an interview for the correct position, I was notified a few hours later that the job was filled by more qualified candidates. This is ridiculous! The day before, the initial contact told me I was very qualified because I already have the same job at the company they are hiring for and could choose any position I wanted. It was clear the interviewer didn't like me. I could tell from the beginning when they stared at my ID for five minutes. It was a complete waste of my time, and I'm filing a grievance.

The interviews themselves were not difficult. However, I had to interview twice because I continuously received contradictory information regarding my I9. I was hired twice but never got to start. I received multiple emails with conflicting details, and when I called to confirm, I got even more confusing information. Ultimately, after four months of following their instructions and overcoming obstacles, I was told I would need to reapply and that was it. I reapplied and was informed the position was no longer available, but if it became available again, I would have to interview a third time, even though I had already interviewed multiple times and been offered the job multiple times, and completed the necessary paperwork. It was very unprofessional and discouraging.

First, there was a face-to-face meeting where I had to show my ID. Then, they asked some basic questions. They also presented technical support situations and inquired about my availability for the start date, pay expectations, and schedule details, including nesting info. After that, they mentioned they'd review the video and contact me if I got the job.
