The interview process typically involves an initial chat with an internal recruiter, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager, and potentially a review with a customer or client. For interview preparation, it's important to use the STAR method, detailing your contributions and the results you achieved. Expect behavioral interview questions, and be aware that responses might be recorded. Good computer skills are a requirement for this role.

First, there was a phone interview, and then I went in person to meet with three interviewers. It shifted from a one-on-one chat to a panel interview. One person really grilled me to see how I'd react, while the others were nice the whole time.

Got referred by someone who works there, then applied on LinkedIn and online. Had 3 interviews in person. They ended up offering me a Staffing Supervisor role, even though I interviewed for the Recruiter position. The whole thing took about a month. It was pretty professional, just took a while, but totally worth it. Excited for what's next!
