First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kelly.
Data Entry Clerk
Still studying business administration at university, I'm a hard worker with plenty of time to dedicate to my job and do my best. I'm confident I can achieve any work in the fields mentioned in my profile. I spend my time on simple tasks like creating presentations, editing photos, and entering data into PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. I'm still learning, even though these are basic skills I've known since I was young. I'm looking for work that aligns with my skills and effort. Most importantly, I'm patient enough to work under pressure and gain more experience through training.
- What prompted you to apply for this position with us?
Data Entry
Reached out directly to the recruiter via email for the position. He responded quickly via email and phone. Once on the phone, he asked some questions about me. The conversation was straightforward, and then I was asked to provide a very current resume. After the phone and email exchange, we met in person to discuss more minor details, such as consent for a background check. Then, it was done.
- Could you elaborate on your experience, particularly in relation to this specific temporary role?
Data Entry Clerk
I interviewed at a bank for a data entry position. The building was very nice and the offices were filled with cubicles. The interview was short. The interviewer spoke a lot. I mentioned my previous data entry skills, focusing on accuracy and speed. I didn't have much else to add. After that, the interviewer just kept talking.
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
