The first interview link was never sent. It was rescheduled with a different recruiter who was late. She clearly did not like me. I greeted her as soon as she joined. As soon as she saw me on video, she looked at me with a disgusted face, paused, then said “um hi”. After seeing her facial expressions, I just knew I wouldn’t get the job. I still stayed and answered all questions even though I felt so disrespected and uncomfortable. I was extremely nervous but I answered her questions as best as I could. She asked to see the room I’d be working in if hired, and after showing, she said “you have a lock on the door?” When I know for a fact she saw it did NOT have a lock. I proceeded to tell her no and she cut me off as I was about to tell her I live alone. She continued talking about interruptions and that a lock on the door is a must. The position was for bilingual customer service rep and she didn’t even ask if I spoke Spanish. She spoke most of the time explaining the job requirements and about the training. She asked about 4-6 questions and they were all pointless. Her energy was toxic and I wouldn’t want to work anywhere that has people like her working. Unprofessional doesn’t come close to what that lady is. I received an email 2 days later informing me I did not get hired.

Technical Behavioral Other

I filled out the online application on June 10th, 2018. About 4 hours later, I got an email asking me to schedule an interview for the next day, June 11th. There were 22 time slots, and I chose 9:15 am. I got a confirmation email right away. The initial email said it was a video interview, but it didn't include a link, so I thought it might be a phone interview. That morning, I received an email with the video interview link. I logged in 20 minutes early. The interviewer was on time. It seemed like she worked in a call center too, as I could see two other reps in the background who looked like they were also interviewing people. The interview itself was quite straightforward. She asked about two technical questions and three behavioral questions. In between questions, she told me about the pay, the job description, and the benefits. Since I mentioned I had done this kind of work for a previous vendor twice before, she seemed to think I was a good fit and didn't probe too much into my answers. Her last words were congratulations, and she wanted me to proceed with the next step, which was a background check via email. A day later, I got another email to complete my I-9 form. I'm currently working on that and will update if needed. Hope this helps!

Behavioral Technical Other

When you apply, you get an email to schedule the interview yourself. If nothing's open, you gotta keep checking back to grab a spot..... After checking constantly for over a week, I finally scheduled it. The interview is via video, with a link in your email. The first time, I had tech issues. The interviewer said her video and audio were lagging badly, even though I only saw a slight video lag and could hear fine. She wasn't dressed professionally at all, seemed to be in a busy call center with people walking around. She looked like she didn't want to be there, like they just pulled a rep off the phones to interview. She suggested using tech support chat and rescheduling (the chat only says to close apps and reboot the modem, no real help)....... On the second try, the interviewer was much more professional looking and acting. She was in a smaller area with fewer people around, not a call center floor. She was nice and easy to talk to, even though I was nervous. At the start, she asked for photo ID (the first interviewer didn't). We began, and she said her video was lagging, so we turned off video sharing and continued without it until she needed it again. She asked to see my work area, so be ready to show a full circle of your room. Afterward, she said she'd review notes with her team and they'd contact me by phone or email within 24-48 hours. (I figured this meant I didn't get it since many say they hire on the spot).
