I sent in my application on Feb 26th. After finishing, it prompted me to schedule an interview, but there were no times available. Then, on Feb 28th, I got an email for a typing test, which included a warm-up and took less than 10 minutes. A prescreen video interview was emailed on March 2nd; I finished it on March 4th, and it had 5 questions. On March 5th, I scheduled a webcam interview for March 6th. The recruiter joined a bit late but was very professional and had already reviewed my video interview, so she knew about my background. Be ready to show your office space on webcam, so make sure it's tidy, and have your ID and a piece of mail with your current address if it differs from your ID. Knowing Apple devices is important. The whole thing was under 30 minutes, and I was offered the job at the end.
- My son moved my camera icon to a folder named 'photography' and put other apps in there too. How do I remove this folder and its apps, and put my camera icon back?
- The screen keeps rotating every time I move my phone. How do I stop this?
- When prioritizing tasks, which holds more weight: technical support or customer service?

I applied through an online posting on job portals. I was called by the Manager for a Walk-In Interview. They conducted 3 rounds: one with the Hiring Manager, another with the Branch Manager, and lastly with the HR who handled salary discussions. The entire process took 2 days, and the offer was extended within a week after I shared my documents.
- Can you tell me about your relevant experience in recruitment?
- Which clients have you worked with?
- What levels have you sourced or headhunted for?

The interview was a video call that lasted about an hour. You have to pick a day and time for it, so make sure you're free. They started by asking to see your ID and took a picture of it. Besides the usual questions about your availability and why you want to join the company, they asked questions similar to those in the application's assessment part. I was presented with different scenarios and asked how I would handle them if I were working. It wasn't too difficult; the key is to be empathetic and explain everything clearly, step by step. They also asked about my favorite Apple products. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job because my availability clashed with my school schedule.
- Can you describe a complex task, such as following a recipe or setting up a television, in five minutes or less, detailing each step?
- Which Apple products do you like the most?
- Tell me about your availability.
