The interview process wasn’t that bad. You have two interviews, a 1 on 1 and then one with all the managers in that department. The interview was over zoom. Questions are STAR based so be prepared to answer in that format. The questions will be on topics like customer focus, Drives Results, Builds Effective Teams, courage and lastly nimble learning. Ask the recruiter for the interview questions so you can be prepared.

I have applied multiple times for procurement and supply chain roles. Despite having what I believe is sufficient experience and academic background (and my LinkedIn profile ranking in the top 10% for these roles); they have refused to consider me. Each time I've tried to follow up, they don't give any feedback, instead brushing me off by saying they've already sent feedback and that the role is filled, but a manager will provide feedback eventually. I won't waste my time applying again, and it seems this poor treatment might be indicative of the company culture based on employee reviews.

I met them at the career fair and discussed my background and asked about the company. They seemed impressed and invited me for an interview the next day. I felt I did well, hearing positive feedback like 'impressive' and 'that's really nice', but unfortunately, I never heard back from them.
