I got an email from the recruiter and set up a phone call. The call was from the US, so watch out if you don't have an international phone plan. It was about 30 minutes, and we talked about my resume, the job, and what salary I was looking for. The recruiter was super nice and answered most of my questions.

Behavioral Presentation

I was first contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen, then had a second phone screen with the hiring manager. After about a week, I was invited to a panel interview at their Regional Office. They covered my travel and hotel expenses. I had to prepare a 15-20 minute "live resume" powerpoint presentation. After my presentation, the panel (Hiring Manager, HR Manager, Area GM, Marketing Manager) interviewed me with purely behavioral questions. Each person asked 5 questions, and the interview lasted over an hour. They were very stoic and wouldn't elaborate on questions. I got to ask questions afterward, but the answers were generic. A week later, I was told the position was no longer available, and my follow-up calls were ignored. I later learned an internal candidate got the job, despite them saying they wanted leadership and experience.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved 2 phone interviews and then 1 personal interview. It was a complete waste of time because they apparently only hire from within the company. I was interviewed for the same position twice in the same month because the first person they promoted from within quit after a week. I was foolish enough to go through it all a second time, with the district manager telling me I was "second place" on the first interview but that person didn't work out. I put myself and my family out to interview again, only to be told again that they hired from within. Don't waste your time or gas money.
