First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kellanova.
Territory Manager
Applied online, then a recruiter called and asked some general questions about my work history. After that, the interviewer contacted me to set up a face-to-face interview. There were two interviewers, and one of them was very condescending and asked questions that seemed more suited for a higher-level position. They even called me by the wrong name twice. I felt I was more than qualified for the role, and I suspect age might have been a factor in their hiring decision.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations in a role, detailing your actions and the final result?
District Manager
Had a phone interview first, then an in-person one. Got an offer about 3 to 4 weeks after the interview. It was a panel interview with 3 people, very formal and organized. If you know situational interviews, you'll be fine. The interview started over an hour late, which was frustrating. Expect to be there for the whole interview time, plus any extra time due to previous interviews running over.

Territory Manager
You start with a basic phone interview. If that goes well, someone will call to set up an in-person interview. My first interview was a one-on-one that focused a lot on situational and behavior questions about your experiences and sales. These can be challenging, but it's important to take your time and answer honestly and efficiently. About a week later, if you advance, there's another interview with a panel that asks similar questions.
- Can you describe a situation where you had an urgent deliverable with many tasks already assigned? How did you handle it and manage your time?
