I got an email asking for a phone interview the next day, which I confirmed. I spoke with an HR person for about 30 minutes, answering questions. I thought it went well. She said I'd hear back in 2 weeks. After waiting 3 weeks and getting no reply, I emailed her to inquire about the process, but still didn't hear back, which I found a bit unprofessional given she said she would reply.

After that, I met with a Director for another round of situational questions, but these were more specific to the actual role. The final interview was with the VP of the department.

Started with a 30-min phone screen with a marketing director. Then, I went to Battle Creek, MI for an on-site visit. The on-site included a 15-20 min presentation about myself and my career history, followed by a 10-15 min Q&A session. After that, I had four one-on-one interviews with three directors and one Senior Brand Manager.
