They put a lot of weight on how well you do on a timed task. They mentioned you don't need to prepare for it, but I'd suggest getting some practice in writing news reports beforehand, as it'll make the task much simpler. The actual interview was pretty easy.

It was a 3-part interview process. First, a chill chat with HR. Then, there was an assessment. Finally, I interviewed with 1 or 2 current consultants or people more senior than that. They really knew my CV in the last interview and asked a lot about it. I also had to present my assessment work and answer questions on it. They threw some broad scenarios at me too.
