Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kekst CNC.
Analyst
The interview process involves behavioral interviews and a writing test. It's a pretty fast process, honestly, depending on what level you're applying for. You'll meet with different people from the team, some more senior than others. Mostly, the questions will be about your past work and why you're interested in this company and the industry.
- What are your sources for news?
Analyst
The interview process involves 2-3 in-person rounds. The first round is a bunch of one-on-one interviews with different Kekst employees. The second round is a two-hour writing test, plus more one-on-one interviews with more senior Kekst employees. The interview process wasn't super tough, but it took way too long (two months), with awkward gaps between interviews. HR and senior Kekst employees were also pretty misleading with their positive feedback and encouragement, even though they went through all the steps and didn't end up offering me the job.
- Tell me about your fit for the role.
Summer Analyst
I went through three rounds of interviews over the course of our three months. Each interview went really well, and they were conducted over Zoom with different members of their team. I ended up not getting the internship.
- Why would you want to work with us compared to our competitors?
