You should be interactive and show your classroom skills by asking questions and setting up scenarios related to the job. Students need constant motivation and energy. Make sure you can manage students and keep them engaged. It's important to guide students well.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and they seemed to really value my expertise, not really questioning anything I said. They didn't doubt my skills. It mostly involved talking about teamwork and how I'd deal with different student scenarios.
