The interview process has 2 main steps, but there are previous steps and a very long application to complete first. The first step is a panel interview with the admissions team. The second step is an interview with the president of the campus. It's a verbal interview.
- How do you handle working under pressure?

You'll meet with the director and president afterward. The director will ask you a bunch of questions about yourself and what you bring to the table. They'll explain that the job is demanding since it requires being available from 7 am to 9 pm, but your schedule is set a month ahead of time. Besides talking to parents and students, you'll be making about 100 outbound calls to recruit students for the school.
- What makes you want to work at this particular institution?
- Could you share some challenges you faced during your time as a student?
- Are you able to work both morning and evening shifts?

The interview process for the Flagship Campus in West Palm Beach started with a scheduled interview, followed by a personality assessment. The initial in-person interview involved three candidates and two interviewers. We were all brought into a conference room and asked to complete a reference check form, which was collected by an interviewer at the end. I personally think this form should be given after an offer is made, contingent on a background check. This form could lead to hiring bias based on age and other factors. All three of us were interviewed together, and we had the chance to ask questions first. The interviewers then asked standard questions. It felt like a game show, hearing everyone's answers. At the end, they mentioned we'd hear back in a few days for one-on-one interviews. I called one of the interviewers at the end of the week and within an hour, I got an email saying they hired someone else. It's frustrating not knowing the legal reason why.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- What is your greatest accomplishment?
- What do you anticipate being the most difficult aspect of this role?
