It started with a phone screen, and then I had a 90-minute interview that was split into two parts. First, I talked with two specialists for 45 minutes, and then for another 45 minutes, I met with two managers. They were pretty serious and didn't really give away how they felt about my answers. It was really important for them that we stayed on time. They said they'd let me know within a week. After 8 days, I reached out to the recruiter who did the phone screen, but I never heard back, which felt pretty unprofessional after all that.

Had 2 virtual interviews with the talent acquisition folks. Then, an in-person interview on-site with the hiring manager. TA said I was in the right pay-range, but the hiring manager said I was too high within that range. They said I'd hear back within a week. No response even after I followed up.

I applied online and heard back from HR after about two weeks. The first call was pretty basic, mostly just going over the job description and my background. Then I had a chat with the hiring manager, who was really nice and talked about potential career growth within the role based on what they're looking for. It was a good chance to get a feel for the company and team. Finally, there was an Excel assessment that my future colleagues would review and give feedback on.
