I went through three rounds of interviews. The interview process happened to be in order of ascending job title, concluding with an interview with a Senior Manager. We went to dinner the night before the three rounds of interviews. Kearney had many of their employees there for us to become more acquainted with the company by asking questions about what they did on a daily basis.

I applied through my campus career center and got invited for an on-campus interview. A few weeks later, I was invited to an open house at their Alexandria office. There were about 8 other college interviewees. Kearney covered the hotel, parking, and dinner the night before. On the interview day, we got a presentation about the company's mission and benefits. After that, I had three one-on-one interviews with senior management. About two weeks later, Kearney started the background check, and two weeks after that, I got an offer.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The interview was extremely conversational. There were no unexpected questions.
