First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keane.
Database Administrator
HR person called me and followed up until I reached the office. I waited about half an hour, then I had a face-to-face first round. After finishing that within 10 minutes, HR gave me my feedback and told me to wait. I waited 10 minutes, then it was the 2nd technical round. As I finished that, they gave me a form, and I filled it out. After that, there was one more round with the manager. This was telephonic, but only at that time. After I finished that, HR told me to leave for the day and informed me that he would update me by the end of the day. In the evening, I got a call that I was selected.

User Experience Architect
I had a great experience with the recruiter who gave me tips on how to interact with the hiring manager and what to focus on. The first step was a screening interview and then a call with the hiring manager. This was followed by a 3-hour panel interview with the hiring manager and two junior team members. They were friendly and asked questions like 'How would you handle...' and gave me chances to share my past experiences using the STAR method.

Business Analyst
I was contacted by the Senior Technical Recruiter who asked me about my resume and salary expectations. The recruiter mentioned that an offer would only be made after approval from their client, and they were unclear about the job description when asked. The first interview was with a VP who asked basic Business Analyst questions. The next interview was with the manager of the previous interviewer, who seemed uninterested and ended the interview after only 15 minutes, cutting me off when I tried to ask questions. This was disrespectful. For future candidates, recruiters should understand the client's needs for the role before proceeding with client interviews.

Consultant
A Senior Recruiter from keane reached out to me about this role. We had a call where she went over my skills and what I was looking for in a job. After that, I had an interview with the client. Since the client was in KY, they flew me out there for the interview, covering my expenses. I was actually pretty impressed they booked my hotel and car without knowing much about me. The interview itself went well, and they let me know their decision within a week, though the rest of the process dragged on.
