HR contacts were totally unresponsive. I got an invite for the first interview and filled out my availability, then emailed to confirm. Over a week passed before I heard anything, so I started interviewing elsewhere. Then I got the same automated email again asking for availability. I filled it out again and emailed, unsure if the first was received. In that screening, the HR person said they could speed things up if I got another offer. The first real interview was easy, mostly discussing the team and company. They said we'd set up the second, technical interview. Again, I waited for HR to email. I emailed them that I'd just finished a final interview elsewhere and needed to expedite. Then a *different* HR person sent the same automated response for scheduling. I filled it out and confirmed. By then, I had an offer from the other company, but this place was my preference, so I wanted to continue, but again, no response from HR. I studied programming exercises all weekend. The actual interview was more like a quiz, asking technical questions with no programming. If I'd known, I would have studied Python terms instead of actually programming. Days later, I got a rejection email, another automated one from HR. I never got a real email from anyone; all were automated. It felt impossible to contact them for scheduling or questions.

The interview started with HR, then I had a second round with a Sr Managing Director and Associate Director. After about 2 weeks with no update, I mentioned I had an offer from another firm. They then urgently scheduled my final round, with HR even helping me book flights over the weekend. After that round, I had to travel to their office at my own expense for interviews with 5-6 team members. These were just conversations that could have been done over Zoom. They also gave me an SQL and Excel test, which was strange for a finance role. They asked difficult SQL questions despite it not being a data analyst role and not having SQL proficiency listed on my resume. I received a rejection call from HR the next day. I really hope they don't ask data analyst questions to finance graduates and then make them travel at their own expense just to reject them.

First, I had a phone chat with the HR coordinator. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the program director, followed by a Zoom interview with the supervisor. After that, I had a Zoom interview with an associate. Overall, the process was quite informative and not too difficult. HR let me know where I stood after the interviews, and most communication was via email.

I went through a very long interview process with this company, with over 4 rounds of interviews. It was a big waste of my time and energy. After all that, I never heard back from HR. I think it's only decent to at least update candidates after such an extensive process. The final few interviews with senior people were not great; they were late, rescheduled multiple times, and it seemed like they weren't really serious about the interview. I won't be applying here again.
