The interview process was straightforward and the interviewers were very supportive. The key is to be thoroughly familiar with your resume and to research the company and the specific role. The whole thing took ages, like 4 months from when my friend referred me to when I got the rejection. They straight up told me, 'If you want this job, it's yours, just let us know in a few days.' So I did, I told them after 3 days that I was in. Then, two whole months later, after I'd basically put my job hunt on pause, they hit me with, 'Yeah, we're still considering you, keep in touch.' Honestly, that left a really bad taste. I don't even know if I'd want to work for a company that does that. I mean, I get if they said 'we'll call you back,' but to offer me the job and then ghost me for two months, only to say I wasn't forgotten and was still being looked at? Seriously?
