Risk Manager
It's a multi-stage interview process. First, there's a chat with an internal recruiter over the phone. After that, you're given a timed task that includes questions about psychology, teamwork dynamics, task organization, and how to approach unknown situations (like figuring out how to make a whale happier in the ocean). There's also a test to see if you can use analytical tools to spot potential violations in transactions. Finally, there's a video meeting with the team and your direct supervisor. The team seems really good, great guys, I'd recommend them.
- For estimation questions, like how many people in a region might play chess.
- Regarding probability, what's the chance of playing Russian roulette?
- As for non-standard tasks, how would you go about making a whale happier?
Risk Manager
after they screen your cv, you will take online tests. if it goes well, you will be invited for an interview with the manager. if that goes well, you will have to spend a day in the assessment which consists of an in tray exercise, a business case, an interview with HR, and a verification of online tests. they only select one person for the assessment, if he/she fails the second person on the list gets the opportunity. the only downside is that it takes some time, you have to be patient for some months.
- in tray exercise
Senior Manager
The interview process wasn't too involved. The managers didn't seem very knowledgeable about the market.
