First, I had to fill out an online questionnaire. Then, I was invited in person. The process was a half-day with various tests. There was a logic test, and a difficult inbox exercise with an oral defense. After that, there was a discussion about the info on my CV with detailed questions, and finally, a role-playing exercise where I had to schedule TV programs. I got feedback about a week later.

The interview process started with a phone interview, followed by a written exam. Then there was a presentation, a human resources interview, and finally an interview with the department head and colleagues. Overall it was quite professional, covering both soft and hard skills.
