It was pretty straightforward, I got a call for an interview. It was scheduled fast and we did it on Teams. I didn't have any issues. The interview itself was pretty relaxed, mostly just a chat to get to know each other.

The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Besides the HR person, an engineer from the department I would be working in was also present. First, I was told a bit about the company and the department, what they do, and what tasks are involved. Then, my tasks in the department were described, and connections were made to my resume, my experiences were questioned, and my motivation and ambition were inquired about.
