After the greeting, there's time for a little small talk to break the ice and get to know each other. For example, a classic opening question for in-person interviews at the office is 'Did you find your way here okay?'. Instead of just saying yes or no, try to say a sentence or two. You could mention that you've already familiarized yourself with the premises and perhaps even had a brief chat with an employee in the elevator. This helps you get into the flow and makes it easier to answer further questions.

It was a two-stage interview process, all done remotely through Microsoft Teams video calls. The first was a technical interview with the hiring manager, and then there was a second round with HR for further discussions. They started by introducing the company and the job role, and what they expected from the candidate.

Got a call from Consulting, then the firm set up an interview with Kautex Management. Had two technical interviews, followed by an interview with German Clients. After the HR Round, all this happened before March End. I was waiting for the offer letter, but then lockdown started. Didn't hear anything for two weeks. I called HR myself and asked about the offer letter, and she said it was cancelled due to the ongoing situation. She mentioned she'd contact me if the position opens up in the future.
