Technical Behavioral

The interview process was a 3 hour super day that included 1 technical interview and 3 behavioral interviews with senior and VP level staff. The interviews covered basic behavioral questions about teamwork, data analysis, and management styles. The interviewers were very chill and just wanted to get to know me.

Behavioral Case

I went through 2 interview rounds, both on-campus and on-site. The first round was 30 minutes and focused entirely on behavioral questions. They asked me about my strengths, my motivation for healthcare consulting, and to go over my resume. I also had about 10 minutes to ask them questions about Claro. The second round was virtual because I had a conflict. It was 2 hours long and split into three 30-minute interviews with 5 different employees in total. Two of these three interviews were purely behavioral, and one was a mini-case study. There wasn't much time left for questions.
