Technical Behavioral

I applied online and got the first interview, which was mostly technical sales questions. Then I had a second interview, and it was the same questions. The second interviewer said the first interviewer would 'definitely' call me back for further steps, maybe today, tomorrow, or the next day. They didn't call. I followed up by email, but they didn't answer. Since they said they would definitely call back, I declined another job offer. I even went to the shop to follow up with the manager. She said they decided to go with another candidate. The way they ghosted me was really unprofessional. They could have just emailed me, answered my emails, or maybe not told me they were definitely moving forward. It was very disappointing and unprofessional.

There were three pretty long interviews, all with different managers. It was pretty tough trying to answer the same questions without repeating myself. The first two interviews were pretty reasonable, but the last one felt like a bit of a challenge, like the manager already had someone else in mind.

Behavioral Case

So I had five interviews in total, and they all seemed to ask pretty much the same stuff. I was already working in the store, but wanted to move up. First, I met with the store manager, and she really focused on how we'd work together. Then, I had an interview with another store manager at her location, where she had me look over and discuss some reports. After that, I had a phone call with a third store manager, and we chatted about my experience in the role. The fourth interview was with the District Manager, and her questions were more about my previous retail background. Finally, I spoke with my Regional Manager, and the conversation was a lot about the culture at our store.
