I got an email from Kate Spade asking me to interview because the store wasn't open yet. They didn't mention that the job wasn't the one I applied for (Assistant Manager). They said I'd get another email with instructions on the day of the interview, but I never did. I followed up myself before the interview but got no response. The interview was an hour long, and I felt like I did really well. I interviewed with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, and we all connected. The questions were standard, and the conversation flowed easily with jokes and questions from everyone. The Store Manager said her top pick for me was Sales Supervisor, but she was interviewing more people and would let me know on Monday. I asked if they'd call either way, and she said yes. I sent a thank you email to both managers, but never heard back, which made me nervous, but I figured they were busy with other interviews. I never got a call.
