The interview process started with a recruiter screening, followed by a technical interview with two people from Datto. Then there was a VP interview. After that, an offer was extended. However, the technical interview got scheduled, and then 1 hour before the interview, the recruiter called and cancelled because they decided they didn't want to hire anyone anymore. So frustrating, thanks for wasting my time!

Behavioral Technical

It was pretty spontaneous and low key. First, I got a call from the recruiter, then had a 30 min chat with the hiring manager and another manager. There were some technical questions, but they weren't too tough.

Behavioral Other

The recruiting experience was terrible. There was no connection between the candidate and the company. They use recruitment companies that lie to candidates over the phone. They lie about the schedule, working hours, and even pay. They tell you one thing on the phone and write you another in emails, if they answer at all. There was no feedback or follow-up to the candidate. Avoid Kaseya/iPlace.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Regarding benefits and working hours, I was told to ask my recruiter from the external company.
