So I applied for this IT Admin Support job at Kaseya Software. The interview panel was pretty professional, and they asked me some scenario-based questions. They also took the time to explain the job expectations, which was good. The whole process felt pretty structured. My only small complaint is that the communication between the interview rounds could have been a bit quicker. But yeah, overall it was a good experience, and I liked how approachable the interviewer was.

The interview process had three stages: first a recruiter phone screen, then two virtual interviews. I got a verbal offer but they said they needed headcount approval. They told me it was granted but it never actually came through. Everything was verbal, no written offer details, and I had to email them to confirm. After almost a month of waiting and back and forth, they said the role was on hold because the CEO stepped down and they didn't know when a decision would be made, could be 3 weeks or a whole quarter. I wouldn't recommend spending your time here.

The interview was very short. We briefly introduced ourselves and then went through my experience. The recruiter's expression was uninterested, as if she didn't want to be there. It was over in less than 15 minutes. Seemed disrespectful. I've had experience in similar roles to the one I was applying for. I was successfully recruited by another company soon after.
