Software Engineer
So I was contacted by a recruiter at Karma. The process involved two phone interviews and then an in person technical interview. After the in person interview, I never heard back from them. It would be nice if they could at least let candidates know if they aren't a fit. They seem really disorganized. They mention software design patterns in the job description but don't actually use them.

Software Engineer
Had 5 interviews in total, lasting about 4 hours. The first four were technical interviews with a Sr. Mgr, Mgr, and two Software Engineers. The last interview was a non-technical one with a Director, likely to assess cultural fit. The Software Engineers' questions were easy as they weren't in embedded software. The Manager and Sr. Manager asked good questions related to my resume which I elaborated on. Overall, I enjoyed the process.
- Could you explain bit shifting?
Software Engineer
I had two phone screens first, then went for an in person. The in person was in two parts: the first hour was a group session discussing technical stuff and my resume, and the second part was a 1-on-1 casual chat.
- Can you discuss your personal automotive experience?
