The process involved 3 steps: an HR interview, an interview with the manager, and an interview with the director. During my interview, the manager asked me about my background, what I'm passionate about, and my motivation for wanting to join Karla Otto. After that, I was given a case study to assess my ability to create a creative strategy.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was disorganised and disappointing. The first stage interview was supposed to start on time, but the interviewer didn't show up. I waited for 4 hours for my initial interview. When I got to the office, nobody greeted me, so I just sat on a couch for 15 minutes before being taken to a cafe for the interview. After I passed the first stage, I was invited to the final stage interview. Again, no one greeted me and I had to wait for 40 minutes before my interview with the Director. During the interview, I was asked really open-ended questions that weren't specific to the role. I asked about the objectives for my first 3 months, and the response was just "I would be running around a lot." The feedback I got afterwards was also disappointing and lacked any real detail, making it a very negative experience.

Meeting with Head of interns- Simple question and answer/ fairly casual/ chatty /Some difficult questions which unless prepared for about the industry could throw you. Good description of the internship programme which I think helped sell it. Make sure you had questions for the interviewer prepared.
