Sales
I was first interiewed on phone and then in person by an HR rep who decided whether or not i would move on to the nex phase. The net phase was a group setting where we were introduced to the position and it requirments and benefits, followed by a short interview. Finally was a phone interview much more detailed and behavorial.
- Tell me about a time you were in a leadership role.
Sales
It started with a recruiter call from a recruitment agency who found my CV online and asked me some competency based questions. Then it was a face to face interview with the manager, which was a twenty minute one on one. It was a relaxed interview where they asked about my previous experience, skills, and education background.
- What kind of sales experience have you had?
Sales
This was a strange interview process. They asked a lot of weird questions and I had to do two tests, which was very strange. My resume was good and I have a masters degree, but I didn't really understand the interview.
- How could you make our company better
