The interview process was really smooth, and it was all done online. There were two technical rounds and one HR round. The interviews were scheduled three days apart, and the HR was flexible enough to schedule them at my convenience.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out for a quick phone interview. After that, I got an email from the Director to set up a Skype interview. This interview was great. The Director was nice, gave me a lot of info, and seemed really interested in my background and the job details. Then, I had a 30-minute phone call with the Executive Director where they asked general questions. Soon after, I got an offer letter, but I had to negotiate the salary because I was not happy with the initial offer. Even with negotiation, the offer only went up a little, but I accepted for a few reasons. Background checks and other stuff came after. Overall, it was a good experience.
