They sent over a pack beforehand with the questions so I could prep. They actually used those questions. The people were nice. I heard back from them pretty fast after the interview.

Had two rounds of interviews for this role. The first was a screening with HR to see if my background matched the job. The second was with the design team lead. They asked about my experience and working with educators on learning and professional development. There was also a part where I had to look at three slides about the role and give my thoughts. HR said they'd let me know the status, but I didn't hear anything. I emailed HR a week later, and they said they'd check with the team. Still no word. I emailed again a month later to confirm if it was a 'no offer,' and then HR finally got back to me. I feel like they wouldn't have responded if I hadn't followed up. It felt like poor etiquette after two interviews to leave me hanging.

The hiring process was quite lengthy, but they went through an organizational change which caused a delay. I had 4 separate interviews, the last of which was a group interview with approximately 12-15 people. I had to show work samples from various companies.
