I just went through the HR screen, normal questions. The HR asked about why kaplan and what it does, and skills related to the position. It sounds that the HR just want to read all the questions and then hung up the phone.

I was offered only two timeslots to come in for an in person interview. when i asked to come in the following week when i was more accessible, I was declined and told they are filling the position by the end of the week. So i juggled my schedule and came in. Didn't get the job, and guess what? the same position was advertised 2 weeks later, for another 2 months. Please work with people's schedules. I understand it's the employer's market right now, but courtesy and respect goes both ways.
