The interview was chill and friendly. The panel let me tell my story without sticking to strict questions. It started on time and they got back to me with feedback quickly after interviewing everyone else. I was happy with the offer and took it.

First, you need to do a written test, and then start with the interview. The first round of interviews will be with the assistant manager and line manager. If that goes well, you will then see the financial controller.

Behavioral Technical

I got a call from a recruiter in early December 2012 for a phone interview. I didn't hear back until mid-January though, for a personal interview with two Senior Accountants. It was pretty casual, they asked me some behavioral questions and then some stuff about my resume. It went for about an hour. On my way home, they called to set up an interview with the VP of the department for the next week. The VP asked mostly behavioral questions and also about any worries I had about doing the job. They said they'd decide the next week, but I didn't hear anything. Then I saw the job posted again on their website a few days later. They called me with an offer about two weeks after my last interview.
