It was a series of standard questions about my experience, plus some weird and pretty irrelevant ones about hypothetical classroom situations. The two interviewers asked the same question multiple times, rephrasing it. Also, when I asked questions, most of them got unsatisfactory or incomplete answers.

I met with the hiring manager. He reviewed my resume and asked me a lot of questions about my past experience, my teaching style and philosophy, and how I handle classroom management. After that, I gave a 10-15 minute demo lesson with students and staff observing. I also had a quick chat with the school's director. I got the job right away.

I applied online and then I was called in for a teaching audition. There were six of us in the room at one time and two of us ended up getting hired. We each had five minutes to teach any subject of our choice other than ESL. I was then interviewed one on one with the Academic Manager.
