My application got a quick HR response, but the HR person seemed lost about the role and team, just repeating standard phrases. The first interview was with the team manager and was relaxed, covering competency questions and my background. The second interview was with the VP. I wasn't sure what to expect, so I prepared for anything. This interview included competency questions, an on-the-spot case study, and the interviewer repeatedly emphasized the need for long working hours, even suggesting working all night if necessary. Despite agreeing, I later found out the role was cancelled. The lack of communication from HR after following up via text and email added to the mental stress. It was a very unclear and toxic process.

I got a call from HR about an Associate Research Manager position at Kantar IMRB and had a telephonic interview. After that, I was sent a link for a test with 40 analytical questions, which had a 45-minute time limit. The test was manageable, but the time was tight. About two weeks later, I had my technical interview. This interview was very data-focused; the interviewer shared their screen, showed me various datasets, and I had to answer questions based on them. Additionally, there were standard resume-based questions. Within two weeks after that, the rest of the paperwork was finalized, and I received my offer. The entire process took less than a month.
