So, the interview kicked off with a quick 20-minute math speed test, which was pretty intense if you're not into data. Right after that, I had a 1.5-hour case study, and then I had to present it. You really need to know your stuff, otherwise, they'll see right through you.

So basically, it was an online test first, and then a phone interview. Honestly, the recruitment process was really badly handled by the company. There was no proper communication at all. They told me about the offer on WhatsApp through our college coordinator. The company didn't even send a confirmation, nor did they give me basic employment terms, which was bad because I had to relocate. Then they started negotiating heavily for an earlier joining date. The third-party handling the joining formalities was also unhelpful; they wouldn't confirm anything until I physically submitted documents in Mumbai. I emailed them, and even then, they wanted me to commit with details, documents, and forms before they'd process an offer letter, acting like it was some special favor. This was just a week or two before the joining date I'd proposed, and I still had no idea if the HR rep had even confirmed it, as the third-party rep was asking me about my travel plans to Mumbai. So, obviously, I hadn't made any arrangements, and it was completely unreasonable to even think about joining by then. I told the college coordinator that I didn't want to continue the process, especially since Kantar seemed to prefer that communication channel. Later, I heard that the company apparently decided not to recruit anyone else from my college, and they made it seem like it was my fault. It was a really stressful experience, going from looking forward to a great job to being scared of the corporate world just because of how they handled the recruitment.

The interview process involved two stages. First, there was an online aptitude test with 25 questions similar to CAT/CET difficulty, covering logical reasoning, data interpretation, and quantitative aptitude, lasting for 45 minutes. Second, an in-person technical interview was held at their office, which was of moderate difficulty and included case study questions.
