Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kantar.
Research Analyst
It was an interview with HR, in English, and with the Manager. Everyone was really nice, they just wanted to know if you have the minimum skills to do the job, since it's a junior position. The process was smooth. It's hard to get the job through the platform.
- Tell me about yourself
- How many simultaneous projects are you used to handling?
Research Analyst
Had a nice interview with 4 people from Kantar Health. The interview was friendly and professional. The first step was with a recruiter. Then I met 3 people from KH. At each step, we discussed my perspectives and what I can bring to KH. Scheduling of interviews and feedback were quick, and I appreciate that.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- What are your reasons for wanting to work at KH?
- What are your perspectives?
Research Analyst
I applied online and heard back a few weeks later about setting up an initial interview. That first interview was with a research analyst and was pretty basic. Then, I had a second round of interviews in their Chicago office. This included one in-person interview and two phone interviews. After that, I had to do a case study analysis and shadow a research analyst for about 30 minutes.
- Can you discuss your time management abilities?
- What strategies do you use for managing your time effectively?
- How do you handle situations with many tasks and deadlines?
