I applied online and they got back to me pretty quick. The whole thing took about 3 weeks. First, a quick call with the recruiter, then a 30 min call with the hiring manager, both in the first week. Then I went in for a 2-hour in-person interview at their Bellevue office. This was split into 3 rounds, with two interviewers each. I met with two hiring managers, the operations manager, and two senior project managers. It was pretty standard stuff - they asked about my experience, what I liked about the role, and what I look for in a work environment. Two days after that, I had a follow-up call with the hiring manager. I got the offer the week after. The whole process was super professional and fast. The hiring managers were really nice and easy to chat with. The recruiter was amazing, always getting back to me with updates, even outside of work hours.

The interview process kicked off with an initial screening call. Following that, there was a Hinterview, which is basically a recorded video interview. I was given about 35 minutes to prepare and record my answers to specific questions. Unfortunately, I never heard back after that interview, no feedback at all. I was completely ghosted, which I found highly unprofessional.
