The interview process included a data case study that could be done in Excel. There was also a behavioral interview for the first round, which was an intro call. They asked about why I wanted to work there, my past experiences and internships, and how those informed the work I would do in the role.

So, after applying, I first had a recruiter call. The whole experience had some good and bad parts. The stages were: 1) a recruiter phone screen, 2) an interview with the manager, 3) some accuracy and translation tests, 4) an online psychometric assessment, 5) a panel interview, 6) another translation test, and 7) a final chat with the team. The first interview was pretty standard, asking about my background and skills. The psychometric test was a PPA. The accuracy and translation tests felt a bit too basic and not quite what the job needed. The panel interview revisited some earlier questions but really dug into the psychometric test results. It felt super intense, focusing on deep psychological stuff rather than job skills. Questions felt like therapy, asking about trust, frustrations, and negative feedback (which I hadn't received, annoyingly). I felt I didn't get to show my skills, and the personality assessment was unexpectedly intrusive and draining. After all that, I was too tired for the last translation test and forgot my prepared questions. They told me I didn't get the job due to the last translation test. I was bummed because the role looked great and the first interview was promising.

HR will review your resume and ask standard questions, like why you want to leave your current role. Then, you'll meet the hiring manager for an in-person interview. After that, there's a test where you'll need to write 8-10 reports using provided materials.
