First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kantar.
Senior Consultant
It was a pretty thorough process, about five rounds in total. One of the rounds involved a case study presentation to the head of the business. The case study itself was a bit vague, so I ended up putting a lot of time into it. If I could do it over, I'd keep it more straightforward and focus on presenting the main points effectively with good presentation skills.
- Regarding the company in question, what strategy would you propose and what is your reasoning?

The interviews had a clear structure and good communication throughout. There were 3 stages: the first was to get to know about the role, company, etc. The second was a test and a chat with the wider team. The third involved another chat.
- What made you apply to Kantar?
Consultant
My first interview was with HR. The recruiter started by introducing the company, its business, and the role. Then, I introduced myself and talked about my background, key experiences, and why I applied. She asked several questions about my CV to understand my past duties, skills, and career path logic more deeply. We also discussed my soft skills, like teamwork and managing unforeseen events, through behavioral questions. A significant part of the interview focused on my motivation: my interest in the company, what I liked about the role, and my ideal work environment. Finally, we covered practical details like my availability, salary expectations, and the next steps. I had the chance to ask my questions at the end. The interview concluded with discussing practical aspects, such as my availability, salary expectations, and the next steps of the recruitment process.
