Behavioral Case

The interview process included 1 HR Screening and 2 Interview Rounds featuring a Case Study. Overall, it was an okay process. The HR team was prompt in their responses and scheduling. However, the information provided by HR and the hiring team was contradictory, which made for a less than pleasant experience due to misaligned expectations. I likely wouldn't have continued with the interviews if I had known this earlier. They did warn about long working hours and mentioned that all learning would be through on-the-job training, which I found to be a minor red flag.

Case Behavioral Presentation

It was a straightforward process, with a case study to go through. Overall, a pleasant experience. There were a total of 3 interviews, and the interval between each was very fast. The case study required me to analyze the brand equity of a biscuit company and offer suggestions to improve its branding using the provided information. Having marketing experience would be beneficial for this part.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a 3 stage process. First, an initial call with HR to talk about my motivation and interest. Then, two on-site interviews. The first on-site had a general interview and then a short case where I had to come up with a marketing plan to reverse falling market share with a director. The second on-site interview was a general fit interview with a partner. Finally, the third stage also had two on-site interviews. The first one was a 3-hour case study with 2 partners, where I had to diagnose problems of a business based on given info and recommend solutions. This was followed by a 1-hour presentation of my findings, some Q&A, and a short general interview. The second interview in this stage was 1 hour long, focusing on general situation-based and behavioral questions.
