So the whole process had four stages. First, there was an online test with some aptitude and coding stuff to see how you solve problems and code. Then, the second stage was a Listening, Reading, and Writing test, basically checking if you can understand and communicate well. After that, the third stage was a technical interview, they really dug into your technical knowledge, how you approach problems, and what you've done in projects. Lastly, the fourth stage was the HR interview, mainly to see your personality, how you communicate, and if you'd fit in with the company.

So for the kanini mass freshers drive in chennai, the first round was aptitude and coding, you really needed like 80 percent to get to the next stage, the questions were kinda easy to moderate, most people get filtered out here. next up was a communication round, which involved listening, writing, and speaking skills, they tend to reject a lot of candidates in the speaking part. and the last round was a technical discussion, they mostly asked about my projects and just had a general chat to see if I'd be a good fit attitude-wise. we mostly talked about the job market for freshers and from my perspective it went pretty well, but I didn't get any calls back so I'm not really sure where I missed the mark. overall it was a pretty cool interview experience. the only real downside was that it started at 4pm and went on until 11pm, which was a bit tough to manage with my parents being concerned.
